Alex Dance is Managing Director for Cambodia and Laos, where he leads the Phnom Penh office and counsels clients on reputation, brand and stakeholder engagement across the Cambodian market. He joined Era in 2021 to establish the agency's presence in Phnom Penh and brings seven years of experience in Cambodia's communications and marketing industry, with a deep understanding of its fast changing media and business landscape.

Over his career, Alex has built a diverse portfolio spanning brand experience, creative production, public affairs and issues management across sectors including finance, beverages and telecommunications. He partners with clients to design integrated campaigns that navigate complex local dynamics, elevate corporate visibility and support long term growth in Cambodia's evolving economy.
