Natashia Jaya

Natashia brings more than 16 years of experience leading integrated communications programmes across Asia Pacific and the United States, working with globally recognised brands across technology, consumer and social impact.

She has deep expertise in building regional communications functions across Southeast Asia, advising senior leadership on reputation management, stakeholder engagement and communications strategy. Her work spans high profile regional launches, B2B thought leadership, SABRE Asia Pacific award recognised campaigns and long term reputation programmes for brands including TikTok, Qualcomm, HP, Waze, Danone-AQUA and Kyndryl.

Prior to joining Ruder Finn Era, she held senior leadership roles including Partner at Brewer and Vice President at Allison Singapore. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Southern California and is fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
