Su Shwe Yee Htun (Jerry) is Regional Director, Digital Experience, and leads the firm's digital experience and technology integration efforts across Southeast Asia. She partners closely with regional and local teams to conceptualise and deliver data driven digital initiatives that strengthen brand engagement and deliver measurable impact. Her expertise spans digital marketing strategy, performance media, social and community engagement, web development and analytics.
With 14 years of experience in social and digital communications, Jerry brings regional expertise across Indochina and the broader ASEAN market. Before joining Ruder Finn Era, she led digital community growth for a major regional telecommunications brand, scaling its social presence from zero to 11 million followers through crisis and opportunity. Over the past decade at the firm she has supported clients across multiple sectors through integrated communications campaigns.
With a long standing interest in emerging technologies, Jerry now supports the integration of AI driven solutions within the firm while continuously strengthening future ready capabilities.
