Uyen Nguyen is Deputy Managing Director at Ruder Finn Era Vietnam. She joined the firm in 2024 and has played a key role in establishing and scaling the Vietnam operation, building the local team and strengthening integrated PR and strategic communications capabilities. She leads client strategy, senior counsel and market development, with a focus on complex, reputation sensitive mandates.

With more than thirteen years of experience in Vietnam's PR and corporate communications landscape, Uyen brings deep expertise in long term retainer leadership for multinational and regulated industries. She has advised global and regional brands across technology, healthcare, FMCG, luxury and lifestyle, fashion, alcohol and spirits and industrial sectors, working in complex B2B environments where policy, regulation and public trust are critical to growth.

Uyen is recognised for her strong understanding of Vietnam's media and public sector ecosystem. She works closely with local authorities and government stakeholders, industry associations and top tier national media to shape narratives, manage sensitive issues and guide organisations through high risk moments with clarity, credibility and confidence.
